Sana Gupta strives to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Our return and exchange policies vary by category to best suit the nature of each product. Please read the respective policy carefully before making a request.
We accept returns and exchanges on clothing items under the following conditions:
Returns
- Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
- Exchanges can be done for the same product depending on availability within 10 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition with tags intact.
- If the desired size/color is unavailable, store credit/refund will be issued.
- Please note: We offer one free exchange for your initial order. If you request a second exchange for the same order, standard shipping charges will apply.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products purchased on sale or during special promotions are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
How do I raise a return/exchange request?
For returns or exchanges, please email us at care@sanagupta.com or fill this return/exchange request form within 10 days of delivery.
To help us process your request, include the following details in your email:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Date of Delivery
- Product(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return or exchange
- Preferred resolution (refund, size exchange, or replacement)
For COD orders, please also share your bank account details (Account holder name, Account number, IFSC code) for the refund.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Defective Products
Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.
For order issues such as damaged or defective products, please initiate a return/exchange within 48 hours of receiving the products.

Cancellation
Once your order is picked up by the delivery partner, it can't be canceled. You can choose not to accept it when it arrives. Prepaid orders will be refunded in 7–10 working days after we receive the order back in our warehouse.
