Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on clothing items under the following conditions:

Returns
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • A restocking and return shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, we will contact you separately to collect your bank account details (Account holder name, Account number, and IFSC code) for processing the refund.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges can be done for the same product, depending on availability, within 10 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition with tags intact.
  • If the desired size/color is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued.
  • We offer one free exchange on your initial order. In case of a second or subsequent exchange for the same order, an exchange fee of ₹150 will be charged.
Non-Returnable Items
    • Customized or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    How do I raise a return/exchange request?

    Please email us at care@sanagupta.com or fill out this return/exchange request form within 10 days of delivery.

    Include the following details in your email:

    • Full Name
    • Order Number
    • Date of Delivery
    • Product(s) you wish to return or exchange
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Preferred resolution (refund, size exchange, or replacement)
    Defective Products
    • Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is damaged or not properly sealed.
    • For issues like damaged, defective, or incorrect products, initiate a return/exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order.
    • To help us resolve the issue, clear photos of the defective item must be shared within 48 hours.
      Failing to do so may result in your request being declined.

    Cancellation

    Once your order is picked up by the delivery partner, it cannot be canceled. You may choose not to accept the delivery. Prepaid orders will be refunded within 7–10 working days once the item is returned to our warehouse.
